Especially how its interactive

Even with moving images around, some of the text remains covered. I know the key is to be interactive, but I would like an option to view text easier (If one exists, please share). I agree with a previous reviewer, the interactive butcher knife is too much - it prevents me from showing the app to students.

5 star if it wouldnt be for the butcher knife cutting of the mice tails. Please update app to remove the graphic.

Havent even gotten a chance to try it out. It crashes immediately upon trying to load up on an iPad 3 with iOS 6.

This is a great app! Really cute and very interactive!! I wish ustwo had more apps like this!!! Very hard to find! Got it last yr from an "app finder" app. NEVER have issues w it crashing. I can agree w the carving knife complaints BUT it not something to not praise all of the good!

My children love this. My son has been learning nursery rhymes at school at this is the perfect "companion" to his studies!

The art is gorgeous and the narration is clear. The interactivity is very well done. People need to get over the butcher knife graphic--nursery rhymes have some darkness in them, dont be an idiot and rate this lower than it deserves because you dont have the proper reference for nursery rhymes and fairy tales.

Downloaded this for my class but there is no sound....kind messes the app up for me I want the kids to be able to use the app on there own

App crashes and doesnt load!

Our grandson LOVES this book. He will run a phone down playing it over and Over and O V E R!!! ;)

This is a good bedtime rhyme app for the nieces & nephews ages 4 to 5 year old.

Its cool because its seems more original and reminds me of my great aunt who used to read to me when I was very young, she was in her 70s when I was 5. So yes this is definitely worth the dollar.

We love this beautiful app, but there is a terrible part of where the child supposed to cut the 3 blind mice taels . At the first time we where horrified by it . Now my son carefully skip it , I hope it wasnt there at all ! Also, the app is too short . But , we still love this app.

My students do too, thanks for creating the graphics! Many of them did not grow up with poems and nursery rhymes like I did! Thank you for bringing a little of the past back to enjoy!

I purchased the app last night, and it wont open on my ipad. Can somebody please do an update for the app? It looked like a great app...

Not sure why people are crying about the butcher knife. If you read that story to kids they already know that happens. Get over it, geez... Anyway I just want the sound to work. Fix that bug please!

This is a vary cool app. I was looking for something for my son to learn. AC I came across this. The graphics are amazing and very clever. Very impressed.

I bought this ages ago. It was simple and cute. Then I updated the app. Its one thing to read aloud classic nursery rhymes that are somewhat violent to our modern ears. And I absolutely support reading the original fairy tales and all that comes with them. However, its something ENTIRELY different to have my daughter swing a carving knife to cut off the tails of mice and have them fall to the floor in basically a video game. Its idiotic to say that its no different than speaking the rhyme aloud. Im deleting the app. Do a little child development research next time. But I wont trust this company again.

Window pops up sporadically when you first open the app. For a kid, their inclination is to click the window which then takes them out of the app and into the iBook app. Please remove this. Make it something that a parent can access but not the child.

Grrrr no sound for the narration .. Pleeeeze fix!
